Duties will include: Processing invoices; Issuing payments; Posting payment; Recording expenses in correct cost centers; Verifying & entering account transactions; Working directly with customers and vendors to address billing discrepancies; Data Entry; Answering phones; Customer Service and general office duties Working hours: Monday - Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Skills: Candidates must have previous Accounts Payable experience.
