We are currently seeking professional and articulate Customer Service Representatives to fulfill a possible temporary to permanent role for one of our best clients in the Hunt Valley area. M-F 10am-8pm - Inbound and outbound calls, -Assisting consumers with questions and concerns, -Documenting results within internal systems, -Communicating via email and live chat, -Entering orders into internal systems and following up with customers. Working hours: 8am-5pm Skills: Qualifications: - High School Diploma - 2-3 years Call Center experience preferred - Proficiency with spelling and grammar - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Serious and qualified
