Glen Mills, PA- Our manufacturing client has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Representative. This is a temporary 4-6 week position. In this role you will be responsible for entering 30-100 invoices daily, doing credit card reconciliation's, matching invoices to purchase orders, bank reconciliation and accruals. Must be very detail-oriented, as the invoices need to match what is posted. This is a fast paced position, and you must be comfortable working in Great Plains computer software. Hours= Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Salary= $12/hour Working hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Skills: QUALIFICATIONS - High School Diploma - Min. 1 year Accounts Payable experience
