We are looking for someone to continuously provide the complex with first class strategic customer service, support and leadership on all employee and labor relations; including recruitment and staffing. This position is for our client in Selbyville, and is a direct hire position. Duties: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to plan and execute hiring needs; work with management when a position is open to review the position requirements and duties. Arranges and conducts job fairs, updates advertisements and coordinates listings with area media. Schedule and conduct phone and in-person interviews for select roles. Assist in development and implementation of effective HR programs. Make recommendations to improve Company practices and to improve turnover and retention. Works closely with the retention, training and operation teams to provide a smooth transition for new hires. Establish and maintain supportive relationships with employees, supervisors and managers. Assist and Ensure EEO compliance.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
