In this position, you will:
- Operate, improve, and troubleshoot all Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Diagnose and repair complex control system malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot and repair controls hardware including controllers, relays, measurement devices, actuators, etc.
- Review quality of hardware and programming during commissioning processes.
- Support and train facilities personnel on control systems.
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in programming development, start up, and commissioning of complex systems.
- You have an AS or BS in Engineering/Technical Studies, Military Technical School, or equivalent work experience.
- You’re experienced in mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems associated with critical environments.
- You are able to read blueprints/CAD drawings.
