Here at Ace Hardware Warehouse, our Team Members are the most important tools of our trade.
Wage: $13 per hour, $13.75 for 2nd shift, $14 for 3rd shift, plus incentive. Excellent benefits that include 401k with company match, paid time off, medical, dental and vision after 90 days and many other great perks.
Break Order Fill- You will push a cart with totes up and down aisles
- Pick items off of shelves
- Move full totes from the cart to conveyor for transport to offload
- You will stock the bins in our Break Fill area
- Push carts loaded with items up and down aisles
- Filling and refilling bins with items from the cart
- Drive up and down aisles
- Stop at bin locations
- Pick items from bins
- Load them into containers on carts
- Drop loads at specified locations for shipment
- Unload trucks
- Move pallets loaded with merchandise off of trailers
- Scan loads for accuracy
- Stages loads in receiving area
- Prepares merchandise for stocking
- Drive forklifts
- Stock bins driving up and down aisles
- Heavy lifting required
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up 35-55 lbs. repeatedly throughout an 8 hour shift and mandatory overtime; some positions require up to 85-pound lift requirement. (Team lifts are encouraged for heavy items.)
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift; some pushing or pulling required.
- Good attention to detail, accuracy is a must!
- Required to be at least 18 years of age, legal to work in the US, and have completed a high school degree or equivalent.
- Some positions require forklift or power equipment operation.
