Club Sales and Marketing Admin -Temporary Part Time - Summer Seasonal - Beaver Creek Resort - Full-time / Part-time

Take advantage of this temporary part time, seasonal position with our Vail Resorts Signature Clubs department in Vail and Beaver Creek. Assist the Club Sales & Marketing team with sales and marketing administrative tasks during the absence of the Sales & Marketing Manager from June 1st through September 15th. Tasks will include but are not limited to

• sales lead implementation
• setting of tasks and reminders for Director of Sales
• Scheduling Tours
• Sales E-mail Communication
• support in cross referencing and sending sales mailers to designated neighborhoods
• Fielding general sales requests and delivering broker materials as needed.

Requirements:

• Guest Service/Internal Support Experience
• Effective communication skills with both guests and internal counterparts
• Team player 
• Ability to multitask
• Ability and willingness to perform various functions focusing both in the operation and with the team
• Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time
