LaGrange, Ohio Company seeks CNC machinists.
$14-$16/hour depending on experience
1st shift Mon-Fri 7:00am 3:30pm
Temp to Hire potential
Duties include:
From a job instruction sheet, will retrieve materials, pull tooling, set up machines, adjust tooling, run the job and measure out
Produce parts from company drawings using all machine tools, micrometers and calipers
Operate horizontal, vertical machining centers
Measure workpieces for quality assurance and accuracy of machine operation, using gages, micrometers, etc or other measuring instruments.
Requirements include:
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
Minimum 3+ years experience
Programming experience a plus
Understand G&M codes
Understand how to measure and select tooling
Understanding of Edge and Centerline pick up, using probes or manual tool setter.
Able to read blueprints
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Self motivated and detail oriented
Prescreen testing required
High school diploma or GED
