Van Dyk Health Care at Ridgewood is seeking a full-time Administrator for its skilled nursing and post-acute care community in Ridgewood, NJ. We are looking for a dynamic leader with proven experience as an Administrator in skilled nursing and post-acute care. Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, the Administrator of Van Dyk Health Care at Ridgewood manages all operations of our 96-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This award-winning facility has been named one of America's Best Nursing Homes by U.S. News & World Report for five consecutive years. As a licensed nursing home administrator, this person is responsible for the overall administration of the Ridgewood community. This person must demonstrate full proficiency in all aspects of skilled nursing administration and has maintained a high level of performance, in order to maintain our CMS five-star quality rating and high state survey scores. This person will also help us continue to secure top industry awards as a leading care provider. This person will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, who is a former chairman of the American Health Care Association, on a wide range of on strategic initiatives. The Administrator serves as an ambassador for the entire company.
