Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Independent Social Worker - Full-time

Family Health Services is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing quality, affordable primary and behavioral healthcare to all. Located in Sandusky, Ohio with two locations, serving Erie County and surrounding communities. Due to our expansion and growth, there is an immediate opportunity on our behavioral health team for a Clinical Psychologist and Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). Clinical Psychologist Working with our primary care providers, the successful candidate will provide counseling that includes assessment, individual counseling, and case management; will possess strong crisis intervention and problem-solving skills. This person will work in a team environment, possess an internal drive for results and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Requirements include a Ph.D. or Psy.D. with a valid and unrestricted Ohio issued license. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday - No weekends, holidays or call. Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) Working with our primary care providers, the successful candidate will provide counseling that includes assessment, individual counseling, and case management; will possess strong crisis intervention and problem-solving skills. Requirements include a Masters degree in a mental health related field, plus an independent license as required in the Ohio MHAS rules and certification standards scope of practice for an LISW.
