Housing Counselor - Paid Training

Housing Counselor in Training We are a 501c3 Non Profit Housing and Credit Counseling Agency looking for a Housing Counselor Trainee. The motivated trainee will answer a high volume of calls and schedule counseling sessions. The Trainee will triage client needs and forward that onto the appropriate Counselor for assistance. The trainee will also study and learn housing counseling activities to help families acquire and sustain home-ownership and teach seniors and more about Reverse and Forward Mortgages. We are looking for people who have: - Excellent communication skills, especially proper grammar when speaking and writing. - Professional and personable phone skills. - A solid working knowledge of computer software and scheduling. This position is Full Time for the right person. This Branch Office is Open 5 days a week with Regular Office Hours from: Mon- Fri 9 am - 7 pm BILINGUAL -- SPANISH is a A plus.
