Staffmark has partnered with a top 3rd Party Logistics customer located in Claremont, NC to recruit outstanding Inventory Cycle Counter with a unique and exciting career opportunity focused on developing their skills and talents in preparation for long-term success.
Can you do an Inventory Cycle Counter job that requires monitoring warehouse inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory.
Do you have GREAT computer and communication skills?
Do you have 2 years forklift experience?
Shift times available:
1st: Monday -- Friday 6am -- 2:30pm = 40 hours
3rd shift: Sunday -- Thursday 10pm -- 6:30am = 40 hours
PAY: $12.00/hour plus shift differential
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
Maintaining product identification and location.
Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections.
Managing the inventory control function at the site.
Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
Tracking, and reporting non-conforming product.
Resolving inventory problems in a timely manner.
Documenting and controlling damaged product.
Ensuring all labeling requirements are met in a timely manner.
Maintaining Inventory Accuracy Metrics and associated reports for management.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs as part of the job function.
Must be able to pass the forklift certification test and drive a forklift on a daily basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF ALL EMPLOYEES
Willing to perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the manager. An attitude of "that's not my job" conflicts with our goal of serving our customers, and will not be tolerated.
Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with managers and co-workers.
Maintain a record of consistent attendance, stay on task during work hours, and be willing to work overtime when asked by management.
Perform all activities using proper safety equipment and procedures. Provide feedback to Staffmark regarding unsafe equipment and procedures as appropriate.
