· Reviewing customer purchase orders and drawings for quality requirements
· Qualifying outside vendors to meet customer needs
· Inspecting product to comply with customer specs
· Training personnel in quality policy/procedures
· Calibration of measuring and testing equipment
· Auditing the quality management system to the ISO standard
· Responding to customer complaints with corrective/preventive actions
· Reporting quality objectives results to management
· Maintaining supplier evaluation program
· Company representative for orders with ITAR requirements
· Train employees in safety program / OSHA requirements
· Maintains OSHA safety records

Requirements
The candidate must have a manufacturing background and ASQ certification in Quality Management/ Engineer.
Must be fully knowledgeable of the ISO 9001-2008 & ISO 9001-2015 Quality Standards, and programs designed to improve quality.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma techniques would be a plus.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with AS9102, FAI (First Article Inspection) ???
Control Plans, Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis), Process Flow - Part Submission Warrants, and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submission is required for this position.
