Job Description:
Staffmark Drivers is seeking a Class C delivery driver/ yard driver for a food distribution company based around the Santa Fe Springs area . Driver primary job duties will be staging all equipment units that rage from 20ft-26ft box trucks and park the units against the docks for loading/ unloading of the product . This position requires driver to work directly with dock Warehouse Managers/ supervisors to ensure which units need to brought up for loading/ unloading. Good communication skills are required. When not staging trucks, drivers will have pre-assigned routes operating a Class C straight truck making approximately 15 to 20 stops per day to local convenience stores. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently and keep current and accurate delivery manifest logs on a daily basis.

Location Area: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Shift: 12 Noon to 830pm, Sunday- Thursday must be flexibility with schedule.
Salary: $133-$160 per day (8-14 hours)

Driver Qualifications For The Job:

23 year of age or older
Valid Class C Driver License
Minimum 1 year or more Class C experience operating a 16Ft-24ft Bobtail driving experience within the past 36 months
Driver may not exceed any combination of 3 moving violations and/or preventable accidents on their MVR in the past 36 months.
No DUI's or reckless driving violations within the past 5 years
Good customer service and communication skills are a must
