Riding a substantial population jump of 70% over the last 20 years, the suburban community and its residents are ready for the inpatient services of a hospital, especially for obstetric care and surgery services RN Float Pool PRN: Job Summary Float pool nurse provides direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
Float pool nurses assess, plan and provide nursing care for medical surgical or mother/baby individuals who are suffering from a wide variety of conditions including diseases, illnesses and recovering from surgery or delivery of a newborn.
Provide care patients of varied ages to include adolescence, adults and newborns providing appropriate inaction, communicate and care as appropriate for the age and development of the specific patient.
Registered Nurse Float Pool PRN: Day Mother Baby and SDS or Night Mother Baby and SDS Possible for Tues, wed, Thur., Fri.
Coverage- 1 shift per week Shifts run from 7-7 RN will float either to Mother Baby or to Same Day Surgery.

* Interpersonal Skills – able to work effectively with other employees, patients and external parties * PC Skills – demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office * Policies and Procedures – articulates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures and systems Minimum Requirements * Current State of Utah RN License or RN Compact license required.
* Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
* One-year hospital medical surgical or mother baby nursing experience preferred.
* Current BCLS preferred.
Must obtain BCLS within 30 days of hire and maintain certification.
