The Float Pool RN assesses patients for educational, physiological, psychosocial,comfort and safety needs.
Plans and coordinates care. Performstreatments, procedures, and administers medication within state RegisteredNurse practice guidelines.
Follows up with other associates, otherdepartments, and others as necessary.
Licensure: Current State of Idaho Registered Nurse license or RN Compact license required.
Current AHA CPR for Healthcare Provider's certification.
Experience: At least one-year medical/surgical acute care hospital experience required.
Education: Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
Has frequent interaction with physicians, nursing staff, other departments, patients and their families.
Must have the sensitivity, maturity and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Will follow assigned unit dress code and present a professional image.
