Installation Coordinator/Admin, North Phoenix, M-F, Days, $12.00/hour

@Work Group Phoenix is currently looking for an Installation Coordinator (administrative assistant) to join a local Heating & Cooling company located in North Phoenix for the summer season. 

Job duties will include the following.

  • Heavy Outbound Calling
  • Communicating with Customers and Technicians
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Data Entry

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days

Pay: $12.00/hour

Skills & Requirements

  • Computer skills a must (Word & Excel)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication skills / Bi-lingual a plus
  • 40 hours + per week
  • Able to work overtime
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation
