Installation Coordinator/Admin, North Phoenix, M-F, Days, $12.00/hour
@Work Group Phoenix is currently looking for an Installation Coordinator (administrative assistant) to join a local Heating & Cooling company located in North Phoenix for the summer season.
Job duties will include the following.
- Heavy Outbound Calling
- Communicating with Customers and Technicians
- Scheduling appointments
- Data Entry
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days
Pay: $12.00/hour
Skills & Requirements
- Computer skills a must (Word & Excel)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills / Bi-lingual a plus
- 40 hours + per week
- Able to work overtime
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation
