NOW HIRING FOR ASSEMBLY TECHS AT TRANE TO START JANUARY 30th!
POSITIONS LOCATED IN PUEBLO’S AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK! MAKE $11.00 PER HR. ($16.50 PER HR. FOR OVERTIME)
Ideal candidates will have previous manufacturing/production/warehouse experience but TRANE will provide "work skills" training so no experience is acceptable!
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product.
- Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
- Determine work assignments and procedures.
- Keep work area clean and tidy.
- Provide assistance in the production of wiring assemblies.
- “Work skills” training will be provided to familiarize you with the various processes on the shop floor.
Requirements-
- Must Pass: Criminal Background Check And Drug Test (TESTING POSITIVE FOR MARIJUANA, as well as MEDICAL MARIJUANA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE)
- High school diploma or GED required - You will need to provide a copy at the time of your interview.
- Experience not required.
- Team player and detail oriented.
- Warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred, but not required.
- Mandatory overtime is often required. - This can mean up to 11 hours per day and up to 5-6 days per week.

Shifts -
- 1st shift - 6 am - 4:30 pm.
- 2nd shift 4 pm - 12:30 am - Must be able to train on first shift 6A-4:30P for the first 3-4 Weeks.
