Industrial Engineer

The Industrial Engineer will be part of a project team prioritizing multiple continuous improvement projects. In this position you will be performing the detailed analysis necessary to make data driven decisions on process layout design, production line design or warehouse design.
* Assisting in collecting and prepare data for capacity debottlenecking, strategic projects.
* Responsible to identify possibilities for process improvement based on the analyzed data in cooperation with production and engineering
* Calculate potential savings of identified measures in the production area
* Assist in carrying out feasibility studies of improvement measures
* Responsible for value stream exercises to identify areas requiring improvements
* You will facilitate improvement projects and workshops to improve the standards (e.g. workplace design, design of work organization, processes, layout, and material flow design)
* Define machine and process parameters to create requirement catalogues together with production and engineering
* Plan and implement the projects agreed with the IE­Manager and the business team of the area.
