Seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our growing team in a printing plant in Richmond, VA
Job Details:
- Starting pay at $12 - $15 per hour!
- 40+ hours weekly!
- Must have previous experience operating printing/ bindery machinery or working in a manufacturing environment
- Must have experience working in a fast pace and deadline driven environment!
Job Duties:
- Leads, gives directions to and monitors crew members in the operation of bindery, press and pre-press equipment
- Responsible for operating bindery, press and pre-press equipment
- Able to perform mechanical maintenance and offer advice to resolve machine malfunctions
- Ensure proper machine setup, operation and maintenance
- Must be able to lift 40lbs consistently to load machines
- Ensures product is cut, folded, etc. in accordance with supplied documentation and customer quality expectations
- May provide advice, training and guidance to bindery operators and assistants
