Customer Service Representative Job Description:
Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound calls taking payments on behalf of Comcast and Time Warner Cable
Primary duty is to collect payments and resolve customer service related issues
Conflict resolution and entering customer data into databases
Heavy data entry and database navigating
Maintain highest level of customer service
Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Shift timing (full time)
1st shift M-F 9am-6pm & 2nd shift M-F 11.45am- 8.30pm Sat- 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
Part time shift available:
Morning shift, afternoon shift and evening shift.
Pay rate:
1st shift- $12/hr 2nd Shift- 12.50 once permanent $13-15/hr
Required education:
High School Diploma equivalent
