Engineering Supervisor

Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing 2-4 Transmission & Distribution engineers
• Providing engineering oversight to engineers and designers
• Reviewing NERC regulatory standards,
• Managing construction projects within the substations or switch yards
• Doing some engineering design work or marking up drawings to spec
• Reviewing and setting up annual budgets
• Performing root cause or failure analysis (event files, history of relay or switch files)

Qualifications:

• 4 year Electrical Engineering Degree (Accredited School)
• 8+ years of Substation or P&C Engineering Experience
• 2+ years of Supervisory Experience
• 2+ years overseeing or managing projects in the field
• Experience Managing a minimum of 2 engineers or designers

Salary: $81,986 to $126,668
