About this job
Will work with the centralized Word Processing team as needed, but the bulk of their work will be proofreading the documents and financial statements that the word processing team creates: correcting grammar, punctuation, formatting, accurate information (ex: correct year).
-Must have experience in word processing; even when we tried to consider Admin Assistants with similar skills, it hasn't been a good match
-We've found that document specialists are the closest fit to what we are looking for, which pretty much only the legal and accounting field has dedicated word processing resources (super rare to find someone with a Word Processing title, and if they have one, they usually want too much money)
-They will work as a team-manager receives work in a queue, and distributes
-It is essentially project management, adjusting the financial statements and having a lot of back and forth with client service throughout the process-must be good at building relationships
