Supplier Compliance Analyst

Candidate will work with the Procurement Department to manage the supplier relationships from a quality perspective. They will work to ensure the trace ability of received lots from source through receipt, establishing risk assessments given the supply chain dynamics for the subject materials. They will also partner with the Quality team on applying Supplier Expectations and Guidelines to sourcing.

Manage the resolution of materials non-compliance from a quality data perspective, working through the Procurement team to validate corrective action from suppliers.
Manage the inclusion of quality data in supplier scorecards.
Effectively communicate across the organization with all executive levels and operational management to ensure the Supplier quality organization is meeting the goals and objectives of the business.
Have a working knowledge of local, state and federal health regulations and regulation processes.
Keep abreast with industry trade association updates, meetings and initiatives.
Work with R&D projects driven by the business as defined by the business.
Work in close collaboration with quality department, product development, marketing & sales teams, Legal and consumer affairs on all R&D projects. Contribute as key R&D team member providing guidance as required.
Ensure complete and accurate Supplier documentations are created, approved and on file for all projects.
