- Documentation Support
- Monitors the GMP Program in production
- Monitors CCPs for HACCP on the production floor
- Helps maintain specs on raw materials and products
- Responsible for inspecting raw materials and CofAs
- Supports reviewing documentation related to quality and holds
- Responsible for inspecting finished product quality and labeling
- Maintains guidelines for the production process
- Acts as a liaison between production, data entry, supervisors, management, and QA with production quality and food safety issues.
- Report food safety and quality problems to the appropriate personnel
- Must respond in a timely manner to any calls for Q.C. assistance
- Must maintain the highest standard of professionalism in performance of duties
- Must verify and record lot codes used in production with the utmost accuracy
- Water Activity, Sugar content, specific gravity testing with a scale (5% of the job)
