About this job

Responsibilities:

* As a customer service representative, you may work in a high volume call center, but it's your own unique ability to provide an exceptional customer experience that makes you most valuable. Use your innate ability to build lasting relationships with our partners and customers by delivering superior customer service.

You'll spend your time handling inbound calls explaining policy coverages and guidelines, answering billing questions, processing payments, and handling policy cancellations and reinstatements

Working with Mortgage companies to provide proof of insurance
Triaging calls to other departments for document requests as appropriate Calming and assisting customers
Meeting monthly metrics and goals established by management

Pay $ 12.00- $15. 00 HR
