General Production - support Distribution by producing quality baked/prepared foods. Individuals need to be open to working in following departments.

Bakery

Tunnel Wash

Training Schedule for all employees with exception of Commissary:
Saturday, Tuesday-Friday
** Commissary - Saturday. Mon-Thur


Tunnel Wash Area - Located in a warehouse area - temperatures fluctuate based off of outside conditions. Position is more physical in that employees will have to be able to move stacks of totes and trays around on pallets. Also will need to be able to use a dolly/hand truck to move product around. 3 basic positions - 1 - loader/feeder - puts items on conveyor belt, 2 - catcher - pulls items off the conveyor belt and stacks, 3 - Rover/Recharge - moves items throughout the building (keeps product stocked for feeder and moves product for catcher to the correct areas)

Bakery - Controlled temperature environment between 70-75. Positions working on the production lines will vary with the tasks. With the 6am schedule, most likely will be used in different positions covering breaks and lunches. They will also play a key role in clean-up of the room at the end of the production run. Clean-up tasks in bakery require positions to sweep/mop/squeegee floors, spray down equipment, and wipe down equipment.



BAKERY
* Donut preparation.
* Chunking dough.
* Ice, fill, or glaze donuts and pastries.
* Bake designated products (cookies, muffins, croissants, etc).
* Assemble and package food items per recipe guidelines.
* Stock and rotate raw products correctly to, and from, storage.
* Stage finished products for pick room.
* Operate the wash system and SMT Sanitation system.

COMMISSARY
* Assemble and package food items per guidelines.
* Cut finished products using sharp edged utensils.
* Stock and rotate raw products correctly to, and from, storage.
* Catch and stage finished products for pick room.
* Check label positioning on packaging. Randomly check at least two items per tote or box for correct label and legibility of Julian date.
* Operate the wash and SMT Sanitation system.
* Operate auto slicing equipment ensuring all measures are taken to ensure the best quality QT kitchens products. Ensure products are properly placed on the menu item and in the proper quantity.


TUNNEL WASH
* Load dirty utensils, totes, etc. into machine to be cleaned.
* Unload and stack items after cleaning; additional drying as needed.
* Make adjustments to machine as needed.
* Required to wear ear protection.
* Move dirty items from trailers and staging areas to tunnel wash, separate as necessary for cleaning.

**Majority of new contract employees will work in the Commissary department.

Ability to lift up to 30lbs. Must maintain a clean & organized work environment.

Tentative Training Schedules:

All - Orientation Friday, 1/12
Bakery - Train - 6a-2:45 Sa 1/13, Tu 1/16, We 1/17, Th 1/18, Fr 1/19 - Start assigned schedule on Sa 1/20. (Note: They would be working 9 days in a row without a day off due to the weekends changing with the training Schedule)
Tunnel Wash - Train same days as Bakery and start assigned schedule on Sa 1/20, just different time 9:30a - 6:15p. (Note: They would be working 8 days in a row without a day off due to the weekends changing with the training Schedule)
Commissary - Train 8:30a-7:15p M 1/15 - Th 1/18, start assigned schedule 1/22.




Pay Rate: $11.41/hr
**once perm will be eligible for quarterly bonuses which are easily attainable.
