Recruiter - Full-time / Part-time

This position is a full time recruiter with a large manufacturing company in the Lake County area. The majority of the roles this candidate will be responsible for working on will be, warehouse roles, engineering roles and some technical roles.

Job Duties:

-Responsible for sourcing candidates through ATS System, Job fairs, Postings and other creative methods.
-Work with different hiring mangers to qualify requirements.
-Responsible for conducting initial phone screens with candidates prior to bringing them in for an interview.
-Will help work with HR to come up with creative sourcing strategies.
-Provide any additional assistance to HR as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience (Agency or corporate. Must have experience recruiting on Commercial, Engineering or Technical skill sets)
• High School Diploma (Bachelor's is preferred but not required)
• Experience using a ATS
• Creative sourcing strategies
