Electro-Mechanical Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

J-STD certification 1-5
Soldering and ability to pass J-STD testing
IPC-620
DOD controlled environment experience
ESD knowledge (electro static discharge)
FOD (foreign object debris)
Worked in certified and controlled environment (ISO, AS9100, QS etc.)
Ability to use a touch screen computer (Paperless work instructions)
Independent- can check e-mails, manage passwords & take on-line required training
Ability to read prints
Mechanical attributes (lengths)
Hardware orientation (bolt, washer, lockwasher, nut)
Wire lists & pin orientation
Proficient use of all common hand tools
Ability to also use torque & calibrated tooling
Ability to use cable building hand tools (stripper, crimper, pin/plug)

Blueprints and/or schematic reading is a must. Some of the units will come in without written out work instructions and they need to still know what to do.
