About this job

Aerotek's client is looking to hire an LPN to take incoming patient calls at their north city location. This location has a pediatric department that needs an LPN to take patient calls pertaining to the pediatric population. 25-50% of the time they will be on the phone. Calls may last anywhere from 45 minutes if they are handling a prior authorization call and working with the insurance provider- to 5 minutes if they need to answer a patient question. It is important that candidates have a customer service mind and can efficiently work through a phone call. LPN will help answer patient questions and figure out what the next course of action will be.

Work Environment:

Office setting on the phone.

Qualifications:

LPN

must have experience in pediatrics

customer service background and/or mindset

plus would be someone with a prior authorization background.

Additional Information: M-F; 8-5PM
