Office Clerk

Aerotek is looking for a full-time Automotive Office Clerk. This person will be the face of the largest automotive distributor in the Mid-Atlantic region, home to 300+ employees and over 1,000 weekly customers. This individual will be working in an office setting at the front desk dealing with customers face to face and over the phone. Training will be provided for this position and incumbents are not expected to have prior auto experience (although that is a plus!).

Duties include:

• Greeting customers
• Answering phone lines
• Faxing, filing, scanning, organizing documents
• Providing customers with information
• Booking deals to accounting
• Bank reconciliations
• Review schedules
• Tracking titles/payoffs
• Compiling contracts for banks
• Used car sale tracking
• Assist in troubleshooting customer accounts

Required Experience:

• Recent Receptionist or Administrative Assistant experience
• Ability to answer high volume phone calls
• Strong organization skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• High School diploma

Salary: $14.00-$15.00 per hour
