About this job

Hours: 10:30AM-7:00pm with 1, 30 minute lunch

Looking for an experienced customer service representative to provide dedicated internal and external customer service.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Making and receiving phone calls (20 calls per day)from customers
  • Facilitate the customer through the process of repair and gather required documents to assist with activities associated with repairing or rebuilding their home
  • Complete complex analysis on customer claims Collaborate with Analysts to make decisions to grant exceptions to the disbursement and documentation process.
  • Interact with our vendor on issues concerning customer claims

This is a 24 month contract to hire position.

Must have good work history and would prefer someone with Mortgage experience.
