Now hiring a CONTRACT Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk.

This individual will be covering for several FMLA leaves throughout the year and should expect this position to last through the end of 2018. If the candidate performs well and an opening becomes available, they may be considered for a permanent position.

  • Responsible for inputting, processing, and verifying accuracy of production and inventory numbers from customers
  • Use JD Edwards' Oracle web-based system for data entry purposes on those outside processors
  • Balancing (reconciling) inventory and investigating any inaccuracies or discrepancies
  • Receive reports from customers, enter data for inventory and production reports, and manage customer inquiries when required - there will be relatively infrequent/minor interactions with customers to verify information
  • May include data entry tasks associated with updating client & customer information, inventory records, and more
  • Re-write work instructions (Must have strong typing skills and word processing experience)
