Marketing Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

• Coordinate various integrated communications and sales/marketing activities
• Utilize numerous marketing avenues, such as direct mail, email newsletters, marketing trade shows/events, customer communications, etc.
• Track campaigns and prepare performance analysis reports once campaigns are completed
• Make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications
• Write content for and maintain website and social media
• Maintain CRM system for documenting activities for sales team
• Assist with travel arrangements for sales & marketing department
• Assist with creation of quotes for the sales team
• Monitor relevant online blogs for communications related to the company
• Assist marketing manager with preparation for trade shows, and potentially join them at these events
• Assist marketing manager with production of client testimonials

Work Environment:

Professional office work environment. The company is European and they have a very unique culture. The company offers 100% health benefits coverage after a contract period. Also, there is an on-site chef that cooks healthy lunches for the team every day.

Hours: 9am-6pm

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing is preferred, however other degrees may also be acceptable with the right experience
• 1-3 years of sales and marketing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft office
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Effective understanding of latest technologies, social media platforms, and other marketing tools that can be leveraged to positively impact the business
