About this job
Our client, a leading manufacturer in Rockford, IL, is searching for a Data Entry Analyst to join their growing team! This person will be responsible for the following:
- Entering all purchase orders into their database- ensuring 100% accuracy
- Following up with customers and clients about any questions they may have regarding their orders
- Assisting various departments with any and all projects that are assigned
- Filing/alphabetizing/organizing and other general office functions
In order to be considered for this position, one must have the following:
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous data entry experience
- Administrative experience within a manufacturing environment
- Computer literate and Microsoft Office Suites Proficient
