Claims makes sure that payments are being made from insurance companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield. That correspondence is up to date to make sure what patients are mailing in is notated so that patient's aren't contacted with the information they provided already. Customer service provides direction for any disputes or issues pertaining to the accounts.

* Answering and handling multiple phone lines
* Speaking with patients to help understand why they have outstanding balances.
* Getting patients/ responsible parties to make payments in either full or to set up payment agreements,
* Taking credit card information to process payments
* If insurances are disputing the balances, helping patient obtain EOBS to help patients understand why they are responsible.
* Request IB or ticket if requested by patient/ responsible party
* Note and status accounts for follow up
* Print EOB's and note accounts
* Note and status correspondence
* Use Dialer system to call patients/ responsible parties for debt.
