Currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a large manufacturing company in Westfield!
Job Description:
- Working through a list of change orders that come in from customers
- Responsible for prioritizing change orders and following up once the engineering team has completed the orders
- Pull the change orders every morning from 3 separate areas and run a list to work through by priority
- Working quickly to get the orders in front of designers
- Using excel to input information into a document and get it over to the design team
Qualifications:
- Bill of Material experience
- Administrative experience
