Eligibility Counselor - Full-time / Part-time

A large Health Care provider in the Weston are is looking to hire multiple Customer Service Representatives to their call center. This position involves outbound calls to current senior healthcare members to educate them and drive them to re-enroll in the state assistance programs.

We are seeking candidates with attention to detail and organization skills as they will be responsible for following up with the members to ensure they have the proper forms for re-enrollment.

Qualifications:

* 1+ years call center experience
* HS diploma or GED required
* Strong communication skills
* Computer literate
* Microsoft Excel experience
* Prior sales experience may be helpful
