Loan Advisor

A financial services company in the Greater San Diego Area is looking to add to their customer service team. The individuals will be responsible for the following:

• Handling high volume inbound and outbound calls
• Handle customer service for clients, soft collections, and resolving customer issues
• Able to set up payment plans for clients

Qualifications:

• Must have customer service experience or sales experience
• Collections experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Additional Information:

• Eligible for monthly bonuses
• Shift - Must be flexible, can start between 6:00am - 10:00am
• Full time with 401k/full benefits offered
