This role is responsible for processing past due amounts that require light collections.
It requires both inbound and outbound calls.
Assisting customers over the phone and providing high quality of customer service.
Calling out to customers in regards to their past due payments and walking them through how to set up their payments and accounts.
Will perform data entry and documentation.
