Telephone Interviewer (25-30 hrs/wk) - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities:
*Conduct outbound telephone interviews for multiple research studies following a scripted questionnaire verbatim while using computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) applications to gather and record responses
*Collect accurate, consistent and reliable data
*Record and code data collected
*Assist with locating and refusal conversion
*Assist with other duties as assigned, such as mail preparation, faxing, filing, etc.
Shifts for Survey Center:
9am-1pm
1pm-6pm
6pm-9pm
9pm-12am
*All interviewers must be available to work one weekend shift per week (either Saturday or Sunday or both)
*Candidates must be available to attend all training days and be available to work memorial day

Qualifications:
*High School Diploma or GED required
*Customer service experience preferred; preferably in a government agency, hospitality, financial/banking, or professional office setting
