Healthcare Claims Processor

MUST have 1 year of claims experience.

-Processing and adjudicating medical claims.
-Analyzing claim to determine if the claim is approved or denied, if denied will be sent back to the doctors office, insurance company, etc.
-Validating the information on all medical claims from patients seeking payment from their insurance company.
-Responsible for thorough review to ensure that there is no missing or incomplete information.
-Maintaining integrity of claims receipts in accordance with standard claims operating and adjudication procedures.
-Accurately resolving pending claims using state and federal regulations and specific health plan criteria.
-Working within turnaround times to meet client performance guarantees for claims processing.
-Meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
