Electrical Design Engineer

Looking for a Mechanical Engineer whodesigning the intere modeling the base structures for a C-130 platform, which is a heavy fixed wing aircraft. Aircraft experience is a must as they will be spending their time doing CAD modeling and CAD conversions or fine tuning their drawing packages. Another way to look at it is they will be converting parts drawings into an SNC format from a PDF file into Solidworks v2017. They will take all the proprietary markings off the drawings for the Air Force or AFSOC.

Work Environment: Office environment. Fast paced. Qualifications: Ideally want someone with a BSEE, aviation integration experience is a must, and strong CAD modeling experience using AutoCAD. 3+ years of experience. Not opposed to someone without a degree if they are capable and in the pay range. Performance Expectations: Ability to hit deadlines and stay on schedule. Interview Information: Phone interview and then a face-to-face. If they are local they will do an in-person interview right away. Open to out of state candidates. Additional Compensation: Eligible for Pier Diem Additional Information: They need someone who has done reverse engineering and who is super strong and comfortable working with AutoCAD and doing all the integration i.e. cable & harness layout for the C-130 modifications they are performing. Background Check: Yes Drug Test: Yes Additional Compliance: THEY DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A SECURITY CLEARANCE to start, but will need to obtain one.
