Now Hiring for Avionics Technician - Pays $35.50/Hour

Aerotek Aviation is now hiring for Avionics Technicians, A&P Mechanics, and Structures Technicians to support heavy modification work on various platforms. This work is for a well-renowned, national contractor.

Technicians will be assembling wiring harnesses on the aircraft for aircraft modifications. Generally the projects will run 1-3 months per aircraft serviced.

Job Description

• Perform assembly/fabrication of wire harnesses and other avionics assemblies.
• Experienced with wire termination, basic soldering, splicing, and other avionics skills.
• Knowledge of reading, interpreting drawings, diagrams, and manuals; aircraft avionics/other systems; wire coding systems; avionics test equipment

Pay Rate: $35.50 per hour / $12.50 per diem split (untaxed)
Overtime Rate: $34.50 per hour
Per Diem: $100 per day / $12.50 per hour
Contract Duration: Open ended, 1 year minimum
