About this job
- Will be responsible for interacting with patients, handling phone calls, inputting sensitive data, and coordinating with other departments.
- Will be fielding 20-25 patients a day and handling paperwork, facesheet prints, check-ins, insurance paperwork, collecting payment from patients, etc.
- New Patient processing, insurance validating, medical records, etc.
- M-T 7:45- 5pm is the standard schedule.
Friday's are typically to about 1pm.
Must have 3+ years experience in medical/healthcare like patietn access rep. front desk, insurance verification, billing/coding, etc.
Must be bilingual.
