About this job

This is a permanent opening in a large call center where you will be completing 50-60 outbound calls a day.

In this department you will be contacting all parties associated with payments of vehicles, (insurance companies and lien holders), before finalizing these packages.

Job Duties:

  • answer overflow of inbound calls
  • reaching out to 60+ contacts
  • inputting data onto dual screen

Qualifications:

  • prior customer service experience
  • past experience upholding an attendance policy
  • able to multi-task
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Utilities
  • Able to work in a stressful environment

Additional Information:

This is a very professional company in a well-recognized industry! This organization is growing rapidly and provides a path to become a Team Lead. The hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm. It may also require some Saturdays (once a month) and overtime (which will be discussed ahead of time.)
