Job Description:
Looking for an inspector that is experienced in testing soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt in the field or in the lab, or both. Conduct inspections and write daily reports of findings. Would prefer up to date ACI & ATTI level candidates as well as Nuclear densometer trained but No Certifications are required. Need clean driving record. Working for city of phoenix or on ADOT projects is a big plus. No PPE required. No Certs required.
Work Environment:
Field oriented construction inspection company. Will work in the field or potentially in the lab inspecting construction materials such as soils, aggregate, concrete & asphalt.
-Long standing company that keeps their employees long term.
-Very busy and have had to turn work down because they need more inspectors. Qualifications: ACI Field Grade I- Concrete certification preferred but not required.
-Arizona Technical Training Institute(ATTI) Field- All materials. preferred but not required.
-American Traffic Safety Services association / ATSSA Traffic Control Technician certification preferred but not required.
-Radiation safety for nuclear densometer. Preferred but not required.
-Need to be proficient with simple math
-Proficient with a lap top
-Have legible writing for reports.
-Experience working on ADOT projects is a Huge plus. Performance Expectations: -Be very punctual
-Carry out daily tasks with accuracy. Additional Compensation: Anything above 40 hours worked per week will be paid at OT rates. Time and a half.
-For Direct employees, paid vacation, sick leave, Holidays and health benefit package.
