About this job
Aerotek is working to identify a Lab Technician to work in a dairy environment. The qualified individual will have a background in food science or some educational background. They will have experience in the lab testing, plating, and analyzing samples and finished products. They will test acids, flavors, and other physical components of the dairy cultures. They will be familiar with running butter fats, experienced with incoming and receiving tankers. Experience with titratables, acididty testing, and flavorings of milk is highly preferred.
