Aerotek is looking for qualified Call Center Supervisors that are available and able to work on the weekends!
Qualified candidates have:
- 3+ years of call center supervision/management
- Experience managing 8+ call center representatives
- Associates degree or higher education
- "click2coach" experience
Call Center Supervisors will be responsible for managing teams of up to 15-20 Customer Service Reps for different financial lines within the organization. Key responsibilities include; on the job training, assisting in class room training, coaching, developing, providing examples of high level quality customer service to members. Will also monitor techniques and performance.
