Night Yard Crew Laborer - Full-time / Part-time

Must Haves:
Worked outside elements
Construction, labor hall, union construction, landscaping, demolition, heavy equipment operator or concrete experience
Push and pull up to 75 pounds
Assist loading and unloading finished precast
Give verbal or signals for directions to crane operator

Candidates:
Stand long periods of time, crawl on hands and knees
Clean plant and plant equipment
Cleaning the plant until the beds are ready to be stripped
Stripping the beds and moving product to prepare for the day crew
Record and report what is required
Follow plant safety rules and policies
Candidate will clean overall precast plant
Follow placement of precast in stacking, loading or shipping needs
Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare for them moving
Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings and small spaces
Signal or verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads
